How It Works

It starts with a conversation.

When you contact us, we'll schedule an online or in-person conversation with you—and your team, when helpful. We'll listen to where your ministry is today, what you sense God is calling you toward, what's working, where you may be encountering challenges, and where greater clarity or outside perspective could help.

Together, we'll determine whether Accelerate is a good fit and what kind of support would be most helpful.

Every ministry is different, so we shape our involvement around your context rather than asking you to fit into a predetermined program.

Together, we'll identify the areas that deserve attention and develop a practical pathway forward. This might include strategic conversations, mentoring, team facilitation, training, assessment, or help developing and implementing ministry strategy.

When ongoing involvement would be beneficial, a typical partnership may begin with weekly or bi-weekly conversations for the first few months, move to monthly meetings as implementation progresses, and eventually transition to occasional check-ins.

Our goal is to strengthen you and your team so that greater clarity, stronger strategy, and continued learning become part of how you lead—without needing our ongoing involvement.

Along the way, we'll periodically look together at what is changing. We ask partners to share brief quarterly ministry updates, stories of change, and a few simple indicators of progress. This helps us recognize what's bearing fruit, identify gaps and opportunities, and adjust strategy while there is still time to act.

As the partnership progresses, our involvement may intentionally decrease. Some partnerships may conclude after a particular objective has been reached; others may continue through occasional quarterly conversations as new opportunities or challenges emerge.
